Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She became a Mayor soon after.
