History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Carlin was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Carlin decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: Ethereal was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Ethereal never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
