History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Cloak took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sword and armor he uses now. History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Varis was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Butcher. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Varis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a Seamstress, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
