History: Ella was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ella grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ella. Being a Farmer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He got into the Carpenter business at a young age. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to be a sculptor again

History: She was born in a small forest village. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She bought a spear and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Personality: This woman loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She's also a talented Glassblower, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
