History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cask fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a Carter, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. The war was a terrible time for him, and Five does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ortegar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ortegar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
