Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is wearing a long, green, dusty cloak. He sports a flattop hair cut. His silver eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
