History: He was born in the west. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hadarai fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Emeny was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Scribe. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and balancing her hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult
