History: She was born in the north. Through the years after Verin was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Verin's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and to prove her worth to the world

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
