Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Cecily's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and to share knowledge with the world

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Urshar was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Hunter. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has money and likes to spend it
