History: Arnold was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. He found a children's book about a Human Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion.

His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to find somewhere to settle down
