History: Born in the north to a Actor, Merla learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Through the years after Merla was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Merla's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Murgen took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sickle and armor she uses now. She has worked as a Crown-heir like her mother before her.
