History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Stacee was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Tervaround lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Tervaround and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Gifted from a young age, Uraim studied abroad. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Mella lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
