Description: This southern woman is abnormally tall. She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She has wavy black hair. Her eyes are gold and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Makaria speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Makaria grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Makaria. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Soveliss enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Born in the south to a Bellfounder, Eran learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She struck the Bellfounder job and began her own company from there.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She became a Glassblower soon after.
