History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sage arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He found a children's book about a Elf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: The child of a Priest, who enjoyed hunting, Isabella was taken on many hunting expeditions. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. A true patriot, Diggory would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Diggory was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Artin is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born in the south. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
