Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Varis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. History: She got into the Farmer business at a young age. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she has money and likes to spend it
