History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ielenia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She worked as a nervous Priest and found it very stressful. She has worked as a Priest like her father before her.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Gimurt alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against gnolls
