Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Umpen was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Umpen's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

She has taken up work as a Carter and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Purson grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
