History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fabien fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sage and was forced into it by his family.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Lia was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and many gnolls want her driven away
