Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Elaim embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Apothecary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and to be a mayor again

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes giants are coming to abduct people. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. After months of barely getting by, Sarah managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Bookbinder. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Spice Merchant father left him crippled. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Ootah hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and to reunite with her absent father
