History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Frederick was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Frederick's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Millicent speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Soveliss was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He wants to get laid.
