Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, marred by teas. His blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Mormog was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a quarterstaff on his belt. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Howard's homeland. Howard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Howard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.

Description: A 3'10" northern woman, she wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. Her chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 5. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Valida was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Valida decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a brown tunic with green highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Urshar grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: An older woman who likes to wear ponchos typically of a light green in addition to tight pants, she is not a threatening figure. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.
History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bowyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bowyer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
