She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Barrister they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Carter, and she later adopted a second son.

History: Vanuath hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He tends to his Gardener job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born to a Apothecary, her father struggled to pay the bills. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Carlin's homeland. Carlin decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Carlin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
