History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Chem was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.
