History: Born to a Shipwright, her father struggled to pay the bills. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Ortegar was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now owns his own business.

Description: This man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has wavy chestnut hair. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. The war was a terrible time for him, and Pikar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Pikar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Halfling Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
