Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He usually wears his green robe and has his shortbow always slung over his shoulder. His crest is silver and curly. His gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
