History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

Personality: He hates Gnomes with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He worked as a nervous Interpreter and found it very stressful. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Architect they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Interpreter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and balancing his hectic life and new interpreter responsibilities is difficult

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Apothecary.
