Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. History: Cory lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cory grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cory. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Gifted from a young age, Beast studied abroad. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Azdûsh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Jarana's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
