History: Seraphina lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Valanthe grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He is a Doppelganger in disguise. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has worked as a Barber like his father before him.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Scribe. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
