Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He wears his red hair up. He is baby faced.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A freak accident while working with his Navigator father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. She sports a flattop hair cut. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Enidda abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Farmer and was forced into it by her family; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: Barendd hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and revenge

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he wants to get laid
