Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. A gifted student she started as a Detective, but she got bored and became a Scribe. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'5" when asserting herself. She has wavy golden hair. Her eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she usually wears her blue robe and has her greatsword always slung over her shoulder. Her long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Unvera embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Unvera was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Unvera's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She struck the Map Maker job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she is content

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. The war was a terrible time for her, and Right-Handed does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Through the years after Right-Handed was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Right-Handed's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
