She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. After a long history of fighting, Vani and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a green vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His blue leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his green boots flare out at the collars and is in decent physical shape. His crest is cut close to his head. His skin is flawless and his red eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Fax embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born in the east to a Bookbinder, Darrak learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
