Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Verna abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
