History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. After coming to the age of reason, Bryseis took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: 4'9" and muscular, this southern man wears a yellow costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Aldous is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the south to a Carter, Aldous learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Aldous has worked very hard to control his curse. After a long history of fighting, Aldous and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nuraval does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Nuraval was born with his mother's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
