History: He was born in a small plains village. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Zedaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Zedaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.
