Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the west to a Unemployed, Balam learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his axe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His hair is white and very short. His eyes are silver.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Herbalist. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To be a Shepherd again; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Stylist who has hired him part-time. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
