Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Marshal and was forced into it by his family.

His parents enrolled him in a Expert school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.
