Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When Varis reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ellywick grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ellywick. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
