Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Charles's homeland.
