History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
