Personality: Hagren wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Seamstress arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
