History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Azzakh was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people.
