History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He became a Ruler soon after.

History: He was born in the west. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
