History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ugarth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Blacksmith, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was born in the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a shortbow, but if one is not available she will default to her ceremonial dagger. Her beige fur is knotted and matted. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Serpent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to be a stableman again
