History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Eggren was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Eggren's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Geoffrey was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. During his travels, Geoffrey and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Geoffrey discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Geoffrey fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. Her red hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Her yellow leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her tan boots flare out at the collars. She sports black long hair. Her fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and retire the richest woman in the west
