History: Kerkad lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. Millicent is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and regain custody of her daughter
