History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Salanop fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Ortegar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: He was born into a rich family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
