History: Faral hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a Dilettante, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants revenge against orcs; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carpenter. He tends to his Carpenter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
