History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

History: Pennie was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Tanner responsibilities is difficult; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
