History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. After coming to the age of reason, Helen took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Detective. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Vepar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she seems to be bored by most things
