History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thiala embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the east to a Navigator, Thiala learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To be a Miller again.
